By accessing or using Mosaic ("Service") at mosaicwealth.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Mosaic is a personal wealth tracking tool that allows users to manually track assets, liabilities, and net worth. Mosaic is an educational tool only and does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any other professional financial services.

3. Not Financial Advice

We are not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or a broker-dealer. The information provided by Mosaic, including the Wealth Score, Budget Calculator, and Wealth Simulator, is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on Mosaic constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Mosaic. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.

5. Subscription and Payments

Mosaic offers a free plan and a Pro plan at $9/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@mosaicwealth.app.

6. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to 3 assets and a $500,000 net worth tracking limit. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Mosaic. We do not sell your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mosaic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any financial calculations, projections, or scores provided by the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSAIC AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
